In these cases na you know somewhere may patrol 'lurking' in the dark, try driving carefully (such as not driving too fast) so as not to attract their attention.

Also, if you know that you have done nothing wrong, and they flag you down, try driving as if you did not see these 'animals'. In my case, they tried flagging me down, and I drove along, and even drove slowly away... ayun kamot ulo sila.

Kasi if you stop, then these 'animals' eyes will light up, and will see the word 'EASY PREY' written all over your ride. Mga mababait lang na tao ang tumitigil.
