Ang state of mind ng isang nagdadalamhati eh di pare pareho for each person / family. Mayroon parang walang nangyari, mayroon naman totally devastated and broken. So kung wala sa sarili yung tao / family members, di na nila makukuhang asikasuhin ang bawat detalye ng libing, etc.

At lalong hindi lahat ng tao ay may mga maaasahang 3rd party (driver/employees/etc.) to do all the leg work for them. Some just don't trust 3rd parties in the first place.

Kaya nga umusbong ang negosyo niyang memorial lot, memorial service eh. So in my opinion, malaki talaga ang pagkakamali ng memorial people. They were PAID to perform a service and they failed miserably, plain and simple.
