    this for sure will be implemented dahil may pera dito.

    but so many will be allowed and spared. ang kawawa is yung

    mga simpleng motorista. like walang sticker ng malacañang, pnp,

    etc. that we know has a big impact / second thought to apprehending

    personnel. bottomline is "palakasan" din.

    magpasa muna sila ng batas na bawal na maging maiinit yung araw para di na kailangan ng dark tint!

    baka naman nahihirapan na yung mga bata-bata nilang carnapper at kidnapper na makilatis kung ilang pasahero ang nakasakay!
