well minsan nakakagulat pa nga malaman mo Lady driver pala yan.. hehe madalas kasi ako maka encounter ng mga biglang nag cut saken and to know lady driver pala.. napansin ko din dumadami ang mga barubal na lady drivers ngayon.

ano sa tingin nyo?? dati mabagal at unpredictable ang mga moves nila on the road pero ngayon parang mga maniac jeepney drivers na rin sila magpatakbo..

one time at coastal road at 60kph approaching toll gate minsan may biglang sumingit na kotse ang bilis ng takbo... nakakainis eh malapit na ako sa tollgate nung biglang sumingit kasi 1 car shorter yung lane ko compared to the other lane.. slam the brakes at horn ako sa gulat ko sa kanya..tapos makita ko lady driver pala.. balasubas mag drive eh..

Hindi porke't babae, maayos mag-drive. Minsan along Paliparan Rd. meron isang slow moving na tinted na Vios. Eh salubungan yung kalsada.

I have 2 sisters and they drive very good and safe.. mom ko naman is your typical lady driver na napaka bagal at halos yumakap na sa steering wheel..

i guess dumadami na din na lady drivers na nagiging barubal sa kalsada kung mag drive... maybe due to experience din kaya ganun na sila mag drive.?

I apologize kung OT (sa ibang bansa), share ko lang dito sa central texas ang majority ng road accidents ay babae ang involved, kasi most of them mas kaskasera sila magdrive kesa sa mga lalake, cut lang kung kelan nila gusto at wala sila pakialam, mas mabilis sila magdrive kesa mga lalake kaya lagi sila din ang nahuhuli ng police, and most of them nakatutok ang cellphone sa tenga pag nagdadrive

    eto sample..
Passing through shaw blvd, after passing the stoplight sa pioneer meron umaatras papalabas ng shaw from red ribbon, brand new altis, wala pang plate number.. yung front passenger side door may bangga as in malaki ang tama sabi ko naku sayang naman kabago-bago pa lang. Then here it comes, ikakabig na niya paabante dahil nakalabas na siya not thinking she's still on reverse ayun kitang kita mo yung arangkada nung tapak niya todo atras sapul yung jeep na nakahinto sa traffic..

Sa eastwood before, i was about to board my car then i saw a pretty girl drunk as hell but still she drove, nakabangga ng expedition sa parking gasgas and dent ang inabot nung fender ng expedition. bumaba yung sakay ng exped puro lalaki na mid 20's walang usap usap sinakay yung babae sa exped, the other guy drove the car of the girl.. I was wondering what happened next?..

wow it seems madaming galit sa women drivers. hindi naman lahat ng lady drivers mahina at walang diskarte sa daan. kahit ibang lalaki din naman. nasa tao yun kung gaano kalakas loob nya and kung paano sya makaka adapt sa "culture" natin ng driving. i think this whole lady driver connotation is for stereotypes

i have my share of bad experiences with both male and female drivers.
one was with a guy on a honda city, at that time i was driving a sub-compact car same engine with the city's along Q. ave. ginigitgit ako nung city at my right, gusto nya mauna pero same lang naman speed namin. i felt harassed kasi masyadong grabe yun gitgit nya. parang gusto na magslowdown ako or sudden break para sa kanya para makasingit sya. since hindi ako natinag sa harassment nya, pumunta sya sa likod ko and then went sa left side ko. then again ginigitgit nanaman ako. sa sobrang bwisit ko, binabaan ko sya ng bintana, nun nakita nyang babae ako bigla syang nagmenor.

my driving behavior would depend on the people driving around me. kung maayos sila magdrive, maayos din ako. huwag na huwag mo lang ako ilagay sa alanganin dahil kung gago ka gago din ako. hindi kita mapapatawad. kahit malagpasan ko pa ang exit ko sa expressway hahabulin kita para makaganti ako. well of course depende sa specs ng dala natin oto kung alam kong kaya kita good luck sa ating 2. but at the event of heavy traffic, speed wouldn't even matter. pagalingan nalang ng diskarte.

perhaps most haven't had any encounter with aggressive women drivers. how would you really know kung lalaki nga ba o babae yun nasa loob ng isang heavy tinted na oto? you wouldn't know unless he/she will roll down his/her window for you. so i guess we should all have an open mind, don't make any conclusions based on our judgement alone.

if you have encountered both typical and aggressive women drivers, let me know what you think

IMO mas maingat nga sila pero kulang sa basics kaya maraming sagi at gasgas. Mas mapagbigay din sila IMO basta nga use you horn and signal lights wisely.

Ngayon For ranger 4x4. ayus diba. pEro cute yan.

Like the female driver who, seeing I was backing out off a tight parking space, pointed the nose of her car very near my side and made my maneuvering even more difficult than it should? Or, coming out of the driveway of a fastfood, and with a traffic enforcer signaling her to stop, a female driver blocked my path so I had to wait another 10 minutes before I could go my way? (after going out of the driveway, I was intending to turn to the right which was open, while she intended to move forward, which was stopped due to traffic, this is along Pioneer Street at Jollibee).

Anyway, the other morning no my way to work, a car was dangerously straddling two lanes along Kalayaan going to Makati Avenue coming from Rockwell. Dangerous because it was slightly weaving left and right, thus vehicles couldn't get abreast it. Luckily I was in front, but I could hear the cars behind me honking. When we stopped at the stoplight, I looked back via the rear view mirror and saw a female driver on the wheel... texting. She didn't have tints on her windshield and it was so clear what she was doing.

Yesterday, on my way to MoA from RCBC Plaza. I used Malugay parallel to Buendia to get there. When i reached Filmore, the car in front of me suddenly slowed down, shifted slightly to the right, then stopped, then turned left... all without signal lights. She then stopped in fornt of me. I honked lightly as I wanted to continue straight. She didn't move. Then I saw a female driver and her female companion both looking left and right, heads bobbing rapidly... probably lost. I tapped the horn lightly again. there was a big space between her and the car in front of her but she didn't move forward, continuing to block me.I opened my window and motioned for her to move a bit forward. nothing. Finally, a motorcycle rider came about and he was blocked by me and the car. I told the rider that she is preventing me from moving forward so he interceded. But the girl didn't move and after talking to her, the rider told me "Natatakot daw mag forward, baka mabangga. Babae eh." She was around four to five feet behind the car in front of her. tsk tsk tsk.

^ common mistake kasi din (me included after some thought ), is that kapag nagpapaturo babae sa atin. Iba nasa isip natin. Joke

So in some way pala culprit din akokung bakit may ilang lady driver na ganyan mag-hog ng lane. I should change my attitude, dapat yung tama pa rin ipapanood ko na lang muna at ipapabasa yung manula sa defensive driving next time.

Meron barumbado mag drive found in both *** groups (male o female). Meron din naman matino mag drive in both *** groups.

Although in my experience, mas maingat ang mga babae magmaneho kahit na medyo OA na minsan (too slow, laki ng gap sa front, bagal mag change lane, etc. etc.). The end point is the female driver intend arrive safely on her destination (kahit abutin pa ng 10 years sa daan).

Madalas barumbado sa daan, in my experience are the ones in SUVs, lakas sa gitgitan, out of turn use ng hazard, gumagamit ng pangalan ng tongressman, senador, pulis na kakilala, etc.

Of course, PUV drivers are different animals entirely.
