Any idea what happened to the SMB truck? Did it hit anything prior to spilling its contents? Or bumigay po yung lock holding the cargo on board?

Beer delivery truck crashes, snarls traffic near NLEX
Beer delivery truck crashes, snarls traffic near NLEX
    February 20, 2012 7:23am

Traffic near the Mindanao exit of the North Luzon Expressway was snarled for several moments before dawn Monday after a truck carrying bottles and cans of beer figured in a freak accident.

Residents in the area rushed to the site to get some of the cans and bottles that fell from the truck, radio dzBB's Paulo Santos reported.

Police are now questioning the driver of the truck, who blamed the slippery road conditions due to rain since Sunday evening.

But the report said police also noticed the driver's breath suggested he may have been drunk while behind the wheel.

Initial investigation showed the driver was going fast when he suddenly braked and lost control of the truck, which turned on its side. –KG, GMA News
