i highly recommend to take a visit sa Department of Labor or any lawyer that knows corporate and labor laws and see if you have a case against your previous company or at least to the person in particular from that company.

Well... you can start working for another organization even w/o a clearance from your previous employer. Haven't heard of a company requiring that you submit a clearance from your previous employer.

Just turnover your work properly and keep a low profile when resigning.

If they still don't give you a clearance, speak with someone from HR to help you out.

Most small companies do not require a clearance, but it's a must for commercial/ universal banks. Normally, you should present a clearance from your previous employer 1 month after transferring.

yes. sinabi mo na rin na kahit contributions mo hindi rin pala plantsado, better seek advise from legal counselor. maganda na alam mo rin ang rights mo. and seeking advise from lawyer is better than seeking advise from me.

yup pede yan. nasa inyo yan ng employer mo. mas ok nga yan e para sure na napirmahan na clearance mo. wala naman ako makitang dahilan para i-hold nila yung clearance.
