Hayaan mo na doc, tawanan mo na lang yung taxi driver na yun pagnagkataon na nakita mo na tumirik siya sa daan. Hehehe. Its very difficult to find someone to help you on the road side once na masiraan ka. Kaya hands down idol kita hehehe

I always wish I have a towing cable in my car para tulungan manlamang alisin mga tumirik na sasakyan sa gitna ng kalsada. Mabuhay ka Otep. Pabayaan mo na lang ang mga reklamo. Titirik din sila balang araw.

Ang mga istorbo talaga sa kalsada any yun mga bumangga (fender bender lang naman) eh halos sakop na nilang buong lane at ayaw pa nila itabi.

Why? He's more of a hazard on the road when they drive uber slow for no apparent reason, hog two lanes, or stop on a dime to try a pick up a fare wheich they may or may not accept.

Scumbags.

While this does not apply to all of them, the good ones are, sadly, more of the exception to the rule.

agree. alam na alam mo pag may passenger ang isang taxi o wala. super slow pag wala at nasa gitna ng lane, drives like a demon is chomping on his butt pag meron na.

well, i got a similar experience last friday night. palabas ako ng pbcom parking (sa may valero service road exit) and sa may T-intersection before insular/philamlife merong nag-uunload na container van. i stopped kasi it would be more convenient for all na paunahin ko muna yung galing sa valero open parking na maunang lumusot instead of me. kasi kung mauuna ako, lalo lang kaming magbabara sa daan. besides nag-aassist sa traffic naman yung pahinante niya and a guard.

then this cab driver behind me was honking his horn non-stop. i looked at the rear view mirror and wala naman siyang sakay. so i opened my window and motioned for him to go ahead if he can. huminto siya. then maya-maya, honk ulit. i opened my window and shouted "lumipad ka!". gusto ko sana bumaba and just look at him from the door if only my girl didn't calm me down. nilapitan siya nung guard. ayun natahimik.

when we were able to pass the container van, i slowed down para mauna siya pero di nagovertake. huminto to pick up a passenger. if only nauna siya and then sa harap ko nag stop to pick up the passenger, ipaparinig ko sa kanya ang nautilus ko.

all in all, it just took around 5 mins of our time - di pa siya makapaghintay.

You really a good samaritan. Hayaan mo na lang doc yong nangyari.
At least nakatulong ka. At for sure counted na ni Lord yang good deed na ginawa mo. Pareho kayo ni SPO1 Delfin Cuenca (not so sure sa name kasi nawala na yong note ko that was 2 years ago) ng SPD-Taguig. Naflat tire ako in the middle of SLEX (Alabang-Sucat). Itinabi ko yong car sa outermost lane then after a while me nag slow down na car tapos me bumaba na pulis naka uniform. Medyo natakot ako kasi feeling ko hulihin ako (I was new lady driver that time) pero tutulungan pala niya ako. I offered him a hundred bucks kasi nadumihan yong damit pambili mang lang ng sabon panlaba hehehe... pero di niya tinanggap. Nag log-in ako sa website ng PNP that time to let the PNP circles yong ginawang kabaitan ng kabaro nila at pamarisan nila. Pero wala ako makita or maybe di pa ko masyado marunong sa internet hehehe.. Sana dumami pa katulad ni Doc Otep at SPO1 Cuenca.
