good day to all. are you aware that while you're having you car serviced (casa), some service crew may be playing your radio or using your airconditioning unit? worse, they're doing it without the engine running.
in all honesty, how big a deal is it? if your battery is healthy, it will only take a few minutes to fully charge it when you start the engine. and in case they discharge the battery, all they need to do is jump it and let it run to charge it up.
now, if they scratch your car or dirty up the interior without cleaning it, ibang usapan na yan.
when i managed a shop the techs would play the radio all the time - it wasn't a big deal as long as they treated the customer's property with respect and care...
the real issue here is the violation of trust we give to these people...we put a premium to the casas and pay a high price for this, it is but just to expect some kind of professionalism from them.
Yan tuloy nilalagay sa service note - "no gasoline". :D

To me, I had a bad experience sa Honda Pasig. I lost my sun glass, nawala ang mga barya pati payong ko. I informed my service advisor dahil siya iyung nangolekta ng gamit ko pero wala naman ginawa. Mas gusto ko pa talaga sa shop, dahil they are servicing your car right in front of you, pwede ka pang magtanong about the problem and ask for advises. Iyun lang...
There's something terribly wrong with the business model that these supposedly well-run casas have adopted.
