Actually, I didn't.I am sure you dont want it anymore. Happened to me once, and arggggghhh unfortunately money talks and that is how i learned-the bad way. Nothing against buy and sell but i just dont like them. That is me-period.

I wish the world could do business with verbal agreements only. No more need for lawyers, contracts and what not's

mahirap pang hawakan ang salita lang (verbal agreement)sa mga ganyan bagay na dahil money involve( root of all evil ..nga)
kung mag kaibigan or mag kapatid nga nag kakasira sa pera iyon pa
kaya di personal mag kakilala.
IMO lang ,
