my hearing is set 2 weeks from now. during this time wala ako lisensya. pwede pa ba ako magdrive outside metro manila?
Rule of thumb is, if it has a solid line, you cannot change lanes. You see these usually as you approach a traffic stop or intersection, on bridges, or winding multi-lane highways, etc.
White solid lines separates lanes that are flowing in the same direction. Yellow solid lines (typically, but can also be white) separate lanes that are flowing in opposite directions.
I'm thinking that the traffic enforcer caught you breaching the white solid line.
Ul*l! :hysterical:
Buwaya talaga. Good luck TS. Wag mo hayaan na lang yan. Pag napatunayan na wala kang kasalanan biglang magiging maamong tupa yan for sure. Paawa epek.
guys, this mighy be helpful to us tsikoteers.
its a link on makato city traffic ordinance. i'll use this for my hearing. swerving is not defined as a violation
Makati Traffic Code
Renzo, pwede pa-share ng link?
Nahuli din ako sa Makati a couple of weeka back. Unregistered vehicle (late registration), i didnt contest na kasi late talaga.
If you're coming from ayala, and plan to turn right to P. de Roxas or Rufino, you must/should pass into the PUV lane (inside the yellow barrier) and then make the turn when the lights are green.
If a bus or jeep is in the way, businahan mo ng todo. Irritable mga enforcer manning those areas kaya papa-go nila kaagad yang mga yan. If you switch lanes "after" the yellow barrier, foul na sa mga traffic enforcer yan. The MAPA is guarding Ayala/Rufino intersection, while MAPSA is guarding Ayala/P de Roxas side.
