May 31st, 2004 12:45 AM #5Don't they have anything to do? why waste time and money on passing and implementing that law when in fact simple laws such as no jaywalking, no unloading and loading can't be implemented? or mas mabilis mangotong, kse with the unloading and loading, mga PUV walang pera, pag jaywalking, wala naman licensya yung tao para makotongan, so para sa private cars na lang gawin yung law para may pera makotong

problema.. makarinig lang ng "beep" kahit isa.. pagdidiskatahan ka na ng mmda...tsk..tsk..tsk..
