Paano sir kung may baril din yung isa. Sigurado pag bumunot yun ay ipuputok talaga dahil walang ibang gagawin kundi aatake. Ano ang gagawin nyo (as PPSA member) kung naging ganun na ang sitwasyon? Are you going to pin down the guy with a gun or tutuluyan nyo as self-defense? Im sure asintado naman kayo (kasi gun club member) hindi katulad ng ibang unipormadong ..'ahem, ahem'... dyan.

If the TS shoots back, or even shoots first, its complete self-defense, in my opinion. There is unlawful aggression on the part of the 3 strangers which would have led him to think that there existed imminent threat to his life and that of his friends, there is reasonable necessity of the means used to repel that aggression (the gun), and lastly, there was no sufficient provocation on the part of the TS and his group to warrant the aggression.

Pero, yun lang...meron talagang abala kasi ang huwes lang ang makakapag-sabi na ang nangyari ay complete self-defense.

Depende na sa sitwassyon yan, Nakita ko naman na may hawak sila, so presumed yun lang, i draw the gun first so i have the advantage of firing first. first aim is to the attacker, next aim siguro sa mas malapit sakin.

Now kung ang sitwasyon is nauna nag draw yung attackers ng baril and nakatutok samin, syempre taas kamay namin, sasabihin ko sa kanila, kunin niyo nalang lahat, i will hand them may wallet pa ah. then if possible na ka baba na ung gun nila and advantageous nako sa kanila, i will draw my gun, 3 of them, 2 seconds, 1 shot each person lang yan.

OT: sir pwede ba magpamember?magkanu membership fee? mga tatlong beses na kasi ako na bigwasan ng mga mandurukot sa jeep(along imelda ave. and ortigas ave.) kaya nadala na ko. I brought my own car na lang pag umaalis and of course i alway bring my gun din.

Pero kung ako nasa lagay nyo sir malamang binaril ko na yung dalawa isa lang ititra ko para makulong tapos yung dalawa tutuluyan ko para mabawasan naman masasamang tao sa mundo. I will say teka mga brads tatlo lang kau labing lima bala ko di man ako asintado pero uubusin ko to sa inyo...heheh joke lang mahirap kalaban kunsensya..kaya sau sir

Minsan naisipan ko din sumali sa mga gun clubs and own a hand gun (kahit 9mm lang). Na-experience ko na rin kasi maholdap sa may Pasig (nadamay lang).

After that incident, nagpupunta ako sa mga exhibit ng PPSA (sa Megatrade, Megamall). I tried to have a grip dun sa mga baril na nakadisplay. Pagkahawak ko parang nanggigigil ako kaya sabi ko sa isip ko huwag na lang...hindi ko na itinuloy ang balak ko to own one.

I suggest sir mag member ka muna ng gun club.
Personally speaking, if member ka ng gun club, mas disciplinado ka eh.

No responsible gun owner would want to shoot at someone. Although, if your life is at stake, or that of a loved one, you must stand your ground and be prepared to use your firearm.

Tama. I've witnessed one too. May nakabagsak na lalaki na walang malay at may motor sa harap nya na bagsak din sa may cemetery na area.

Nagkatraffic na nga dahil naharang nya yung right-most lane pero walang bumababa at tumutulong.
