    File a case of Reckless Imprudence resulting to damage to Property and "Moral". So the proper court can issue a subpoena to him and an arrest warrant if he ignores it. Should teach him a lesson. Arrogant spoiled Brat!!

    Even if the driver is a different person from the registered owner, when the latter receives the subpoena and arrest warrant, he will be forced to bring the stupid driver to court to save his name. Also file the appropriate charges at the BI for his deportation. As#%*le!!

    At least he should be introduced to the Filipino Bilibid system.:hang:, :hammer:,:chop: That will do him some good!!
