yep, agree to that. here is my own account of such jerks. Last tuesday, while heading home and travelling on araneta ave. cor del monte this damn white Nissan Frontier, suddenly stopped to make his left-turn, the light is green while for the left-turn lane is still red.
it's okay if it wasn't occupying the outer lane. fuming for this stupidity, i blared the horn to keep him out, he moved slightly, but seemed annoyed that it forgot to turn left and tried chasing me instead. TANGA talaga.

if you think this was fine, here's another one: yesterday afternoon araneta ave. cor quezon ave, An maroon Infiniti Q45(WRP 889), tried making a U-turn in a No-U turn! Grabe parang hindi nakapag-aral! Damn

Just this morning, a silver CRV(XKT 170) in Aurora Blvd. annoyed me since it's early in the morning and traffic is light, sukat akalain mo ba namang gamitin ang busina kesa preno! syete, otso, nuwebe talaga oo. as in lahat ng mapunta sa harap nya kahit malayo pa, naka-busina na agad! dapat dun hinuhuli e. di ba may ordinansa na ang MMDA na bawal ang busina ng busina? eto paki-sampolan nga.

When i rushed a critical condition accident victim to the hospital before, i turned on my headlights, hazard lights, and sabay kaway at busina pag may nakaharang. The cars and pedestrians let me pass and walang need for siren or strobes that time... This was on semi-open road so I guess its different if you're stuck in the traffic/stoplight.

IMO unless a vehicle/person is authorized to use a siren/emergency light(s), he/she should not be allowed to use one regardless of what situation.
