If the local government authorities wont help or refuse to help you....maybe its time to look for another place. Seems that the quality of life there will suffer in the long run due to the commercial interests involved (from the tricycle drivers to the wet market operators.)

These suggestions I believe are good alternatives.

For the mean time, I suggest that you wear a small body camera, the smallest size possible that you can get, then file your complaint. This is just to protect you if in case those officials suddenly become hostile towards you, verbally or physically.

You can later say that you had everything recorded and you have forgotten to inform him earlier that you have a camera.

We are about to file a formal complaint on Monday but to our surprise and delight, the combined brgy and municipal government started to dismantle the Talipapa structures this morning.

For almost 3 years of its existence, sakit ng ulo at alta presyon ang idinulot nito sa amin. Kaya napakasaya namin at finally, order has been restored! Biglang umaliwalas ang paligid.

But we will remain vigilant kasi po may rumors na ibabalik din daw ito pagkatapos ng "hype" ng clearing ops nationwide. At kung sakaling tutoo ang rumor, didiretso na kami sa DILG para mag report.

Tama po kayo sir Kags. Nagagamit nila ang mga mahihirap nating kababayan sa mga bolatsing nila. Kaya nga po ang mahihirap ay patuloy na naghihirap at ang mga mayayaman ay lalong yumayaman.

At saka wala naman kaming masamang itinuring sa pagtatayo nila ng Talipapa pero sana hindi naman nila kami iniwan sa ere na namromroblema sa karapatan namin na makagalaw ng libre anytime. We are in good terms with the vendors. The real problem is the enforcement of traffic rules and regulations.

where is the corner? how is that 6 meters determined?
many corners have unique curb paint color, painted over the segment that is curving. the unique color ends when the curb assumes the straight configuration.
measure that 6 meters, starting from the part when it stops curving, which is usually the end of this unique coloration.

for sharp corners, unique color may not be necessary, as the 6 meters is easily determined.
