The suspect was seen lying in front of the watch shop.
Police Officer 3 Joy Catapang said the robbery inside the Rolex watch store in Greenbelt-5 happened shortly before noon.
For a few hours, the entire complex was cordoned off as shoppers remained inside while police teams pursued the robbers believed to be still inside the establishment.
But normal operations have resumed in Greenbelt 1, 2, 3, and 4, although Greenbelt 5 remained closed.
Vehicles parked in the mall were also prohibited from leaving.
Authorities are still pursuing at least 11 suspects, according to a report by radio dzMM.
A bodyguard of Taguig Mayor Freddie Tinga, who was reportedly having lunch at the time of the incident, killed one of the robbers, reports said.
Makati councilor Jun Jun Binay is currently in the scene of the crime. [/quote]
