September 12th, 2006 09:35 AM #22Well IMHO ...Walang kupal ang magpaganda ng Govt vehicle ng sarili nilang pera, ang mentality kasi ng mga yan sakay lang ng sakay que se hoda na masira o mabangga at mabulok walang pag ma2lasakit sa pera ng mga pilipino na nag pa2sueldo sa kanila, Kaunti lang sa govt natin ang honest at my malasakit sa mag sampu isa lang... pag nag retire yan for sure he will remove all the modifications he had installed, or nagpalit ng private plate into govt plate para ligtas sa huli,,,what do you think?

September 12th, 2006 11:51 AM #24Siguro naka-assign yan sa isang government employee and since first time ng employee na yun to have a vehicle feeling nya sa kanya yun and excited sya to put on some accessories. Of course , reimburse nya yung nagastos nya using taxpayers' money.

Misuse of government vehicles can be reported to this number 926-97-65 (Ombudsman) and they would verify if the use of the vehicle is authorized or not.

Gaya ng mga drivers namin sa office. Bumibili sila ng minor accessories for their designated cars. 'Pinapaganda' nila, and they treat it like their own. Kaya kahit sila na gumastos ng kaunti, okay lang sa kanila.

Oo nga dapat mabitag yan..Dapat hindi na nila pinapaganda mga government vehicles maintain na lang nila like change oil,tune up atbp..

In my opinion, i will allow mods to keep the vehicle properly managed.
sometimes we have to think twice. if it is done to properly maintained the vehicle, that will be good because we usually finds gov. vehicle not properly management by the person where it is assigned. Most of the times this gov.vehicle are dilapidated or a rolling coffins or they don't even clean or wash.
