September 11th, 2006 10:07 PM #5AFAIK wala naman masama maglagay ng mods, as long as pera nila, at hindi nila ginagamit for personal use. And also, as long as hindi nila sinisira yung vehicle in the process, okay lang yan.

kasama iyan sa budget ng pag purchase ng vehicle...
by the looks of the pick-up its a Toyota HiLux 4x2 j market price is 782,000.00 minus the discount depending on the dealership and since its gov't procure, its must be a fleet account... (fyi. malaki rin ang discount ng fleet account)
sa tingin niyo binili ng gov't na ganoon na halaga? i'm sure mayroon iyan so called "SOP" at under the table and percentages for the you know who eck eck... at kailangan nila ng justification sa over priced ng vehicle purchased so kailangan lagyan ng accessories at mga ka-ecklatan... at obvious na sabihin nila sa binilhan nila shop na patungan nila iyun sa recibo to show proof...
pera or bayong?

yes it's at gold cars.
These vehicles are government property and not definitely for personal ownership and use. These modifications are, by and large, made for personal reasons which I think should not be the case. Kung pera nila gagamitin nila pang modify ng sasakyan that would be illogical kasi they need to turn over these vehicles once they finished using them, so sayang pera nila. Kung government money naman ginagamit nila for modifying these vehicles I'm sure the Commission on Audit, which tracks all government expenses, would surely disapprove ng gantong mga gastos.
In short, mali ung pagpapalagay ng mga ganitong mods on a public vehicle.
