Gintong parking. It's about time for a regulating body

Abusado kaso ibang motorist eh. Gagamitin ang parking lot ng isang establishment pero establishment are not getting any business from them. Ang nangyayari yung mga legit customers nila eh di maka park.

Tulad na lang sa South, sa may molito. Yung covered parking under pure gold. Palibhasa fix rate {last time I parked), protected pa from sun and rain, kaya puno sya during office hours. Ngayon yung mga true customer ng molito eh walang choice kundi sa malayo mag park.

^I was about to say that. Nauso na nga rin kasi yung pag may free or cheap parking... yung mga malapit na offices/business centers dun na nagpa-park maghapon mga empleyado. Nakahalata na rin kaya kanya-kanya nang pamamaraan para di ma-over run ng mga "freeloaders". Especially true dun sa mga malalapit sa call centers.

bos boybi, yung remington hotel malapit sa terminal 3 charges parking fee even for guest.
ang sistema pa naman ay iisa ang parking cashier location na nasa B1.
pag ang car mo ay nasa B2/B3 daan ka muna sa B1 para magbayad.
ayaw pa naman pagamit ang emergency doors gusto thru the lifts.
pag guest ka at gusto mo ng flat rate, kuha ka muna ng validation sa concierge counter next to their checkout counter.
walang problema kung pa-checkout ka na dahil magkatabi naman. not recommended kung labas-pasok ka with your car.

laking plus talaga yung business location, they can really dictate their terms!

wag mo na intindihin mga taga call centers bro, sa gabi lang naman sila napasok. unless pang gabi rin work mo.

hotel? shangri la hotel makati offers free parking(if your checked in), you just need to validate it or they will give you parking passes(for longer stays), heck even dropping off to get your laundry done is free, even if you went beyond the 15 minutes, you just need to have the ticket validated.

Sa Centris Mall Quezon Avenue may bayad na ang parking nila. Dati nung libre pa puno palagi dyan especially dun sa basement parking nila. Ngayon kahit weekend o kahit payday palaging may bakante.

Mas naiinis ako sa open parking sa moa. Nadatnan ko one day, halos lahat UV express ang naka-park. Moa and yung open parking lot sa tabi ng podium. Punong puno din ng mga UV express.
