October 23rd, 2012 05:21 PM #4I never stop when being flagged down by Pasay TE's. 99.9% ... They would always fabricate some unknown traffic violation, and then some sky high penalty fee!
There was this TE on a motorbike who thought I did a "swerving" manuever inside the NAIA 3 roundabout (bet those dumb f**ks dont know how to use a roundabout) He tailed me until the Skyway ramp, and then gave up ...
