Its obviously at least 90% true. Knowing sa pag take ng drivers test palang you can bribe/pay the guy to answer the written and practical test for you and that their practical test is some delapidated owner type jeep. ew.

I say restructure LTO. Our Obudsman sucks in doing his job. Nice going obudsman you oughta be assasinated by NPA. That's why in province in Visaysa and Mindanao its rare that Public officials do not do their job, cos they'll be punished by NPAs.

I'm not a NPA nor a vigilante,I'm just saying that having a vigilante that punishes the abusive public officials are some how a good asset.

Medyo disadvantageous lang yung contract because hindi sya BOT. Dapat din na bago ito I-transfer, latest models ang naka-install not the onset equipment. Other than that, it's good.

Dapat lahat ng walang RFID arestuhin agad. It should be a criminal offense not to have it. It should also be bolted on the body of the car so dapat Govt controlled ang implementation nito. Pwede rin embedded sa windshield. Maraming paraan para ma-secure ito.

Marami lang ang opposition dito because it's new. Most are ignorant so madali sila ma-mislead. Some knows it will be the end of their shenanigan ways etc.

Yeah sure, but it is still useless if the MMDA and or Municipal and National Police are corrupt and not true to their jobs. I say boost the morale of the enforcers such as thereof so that they will do their job adequately and properly before implementing this. Otherwise its useless..

Taga STRADCOM ka siguro noh Horsepower?? TSK TSK

oops. papatent ko to (wish ko lang). idea copyright by me and my group in college. hindi to public domain. wahahha. )
That's not a bad idea. I'm looking forward for you to make your thesis into reality. PM me pls and tell me all about it. I',m serious

Kung implementation naman na dapat lahat meron at pag wala eh dapat arestohin...in that case! what happen to your citizen's rights?

Ang nakikita kong dapat na advantage dito ay:

To use this in case na carnapped yong sasakyan at napalitan yong plate number para magamit to some criminal operation it is easy to trace who are the real owner pero dapat ito ay naka install na sa isang lugar na hindi alam so only the authorities knows just in case to look for it.

The rest...wala pa din sense...What we need is to change the system inside the LTO para walang loop holes resorting to red tape.
I absolutely totally agree. Change the system of LTO and get rid of those corrupt officers permanently, else put it on the media, such as news paper and TV.

Hay ang tatalino talaga nila. Mabilis makaisip ng pagkakakitaan.
You're right. Put it on government vehicles first. Dapat nga its free, were tax payers after all and the Government and its departments are our subordinates, not boss. Be smart people!!
