^ Eh di nasira nya yung motor nung sidemirror nun?
Well, outright, di naman siguro masisira agad yun with 1 try. My 12 year old Camry has this feature and a few have manually folded or unfolded it, and it's still ok. Of course, kung madalas i-manual, ibang usapan na yun.
^ Had our van's auto side mirror rammed by a running drunk man last year. Unang beses nya palang natupi manually, wasak kagad. Ayun forever manual na yung side na yun. :rofl01:
May pagka-damuho din tong starex driver eh.
Yeah, I agree with you on that. Di nga dapat ginalaw. If he really wanted to park there, kung san tabingi or mali ang pag-park nung Subaru, he should've used the other doors on the GS, no matter how inconvenient that would've been. That's the situation the Subaru put him in, and he went in pa din.
These remarks are all based on the limited info shared though. Pictures - other than the 'love' note - would help with this he said/she said scenario.
^ i don't see anything wrong here. Wala naman parking space sa tabi nya.
That's actually a slot. He's parking on the line. No indications you can't park there.
You're right about the stopper not being there, but that space isn't where pedestrians pass though. I believe it's somewhere else. Di ko lang napansin. The metal railing goes all the way back to the side railing.
Makes me wonder what that space is for if not a parking slot.
Benefit of the doubt, baka naman ibinaba na niya muna yung PWD before parking?
Oh well how do we define PWD parking slots kasi? Dapat ba PWD mismo driver?
How about may sakay ako PWD ibinaba ko muna sa entrance/drop off, am i eligible to park sa PWD slot? Just thinking about it.

I don't park at the PWD slot if I'm not with the PWD. IMO these slots are for the convenience of the PWD.
My maternal Lola uses a wheelchair when we go malling, she can't walk for long so I park at the PWD if she insists on coming with me at the parking. On instances when I drop her off, I park on regular slots since I have no problem walking.

i don't know the laws out here in the philippines regarding parking in PWD spots, medjo magulo kasi. pero sa ibang bansa kahit may kasama ka PWD di ka pwede mag park sa PWD spot unless may PWD sticker or plate ka and ang binibigyan ng PWD sticker/plate is yung PWD di ikaw kaya parang lumalabas eh dinadrive mo lang kotse nung PWD para sa kanya.
