    Possibly binaha. I remember during Ondoy, the neighbor of a relative had two cars, a Vios and a Civic. The Civic floated and got stuck on top of the gate, the Vios did not and remained submerged.

    Can they do that? Would it be legal to do so? Sort of impounding due to obstruction? It's private propert anyway, right?

    With the proliferation of dumb *$$es and *$$holes who park like this, I think it has to be enforced. Pabayaan na yung mga stepping on the line muna. Yung mga malala tulad neto ang dapat itow!

    Yes pwede sir much more private area yan. Medyo di lang ata well verses gwardiya at mall admin ng sm marikina sa ganyang policy.

    Isang tawag lang yan.
