If those were all taken at Marquee mall, then that means the Pampanga LTO is not being strict with issuing licenses. How can they issue driver's licenses to people who can't park properly? Hmm...
Correction, the LTO has never been strict about issuing driver's licenses to people who can't park properly. At least not in recent memory.
When I got my driver's license back in '94, when I had the "actual driving test", all they asked was for me to move the car forward, then backward, and that was it. Not even asked me to parallel park (or park, for that matter). I'm not sure about whether this "test" improved thru the years. Apparently, it hasn't.
Another problem is the implementation. Nagiging "pwede na" coz there are no violations (or physical penalties) given. Pretty challenging to think up a way to do that lest folks not patronize your mall, but thinking folks will see thru the supposed inconvenience and follow suit if they had to.
^nung nag apply ako last year, may actual driving test naman, may track sila LTO east ave. and parking lang paatras.
when i got my prof(kapal ng mukha pro pa kinuha) license i didn't even know how to drive they gave me a paper and the answer sheet(answered already by them) at the same time and within 10 minutes after my photo was taken, i had a license (when in those days it took the whole day for you to receive a license tapos sa iba little cardboard paper with a picture as temporary license lang ang binibigay comeback after a week daw pag may id na)
naglagay ba ako, no. gumamit ba ako ng fixer, no.
yes they aren't that strict
Boy, the LTO should make parking one of the requirements to get a license but then again, they might just use it as an excuse to harass applicants.
sa saudi, isa yan sa requirements sa pagkuha ng driv. license, yung parallel parking.
kung lagpak ka, you have to take a week seminar/schooling para makakuha ng driv. license.
after that, take the exams/actual driving tests ulit. pag bagsak ka ulit, seminar ka na naman.
sana ganito rin dito.
