In our street, since most of us have limited carpark space, we just talk to each other where to properly park our cars so that it won't impede each other when we back out of our garage. Also, if one has a party and will have a lot of guests they usually tell us beforehand and usually gives everybody a bribe (dinner from the party) for the right to have their guests park in front of our houses and for them to be noisy for the night.
We do that too. Nobody needs to be too aggressive.
