Ibig ko sabihin, hindi yung yellow light may problema. When kamote rider crossed the intersection, matagal na red yung lane nya. Pero hindi pa green yung sa suv. Eto yung gap na pinipilit ng mga Motor. Eto yung window of opportunity nila na mag beat the red light kasi di pa green sa kabila. Usually, small intersections nakakalusot mga kamote.
Eh in this case, inabutan sya ng pag green ng kabila.

When will these idiot MC riders start understanding that red means stop? A lot of them disregard traffic lights and signs.
If they die in accidents, they had it coming. Kung gusto nila magpakamatay, huwag na sila mandamay ng iba.

Mali talaga ang MC driver, it's clearly he beat the red light, sa tingin ko di nakita ng suv driver na may humabol pa na naka motor, yun nga lang, kahit na green light ka, you still have to look both sides pa rin bcoz of daming kamote driver nga and you'll never know bubulagain ka na lang.

August 22nd, 2018 09:31 AM #1176We need some revision sa ating laws...it doesnt mean that its a small vehicle the bigger one is at fault, like a truck driver and a motorcycle trying to pass it on the right side, it came too close and was run over, hindi fault ng truck driver but he's in jail..another law that need to be revise is pag nasagasaan ka sa edsa, slex, nlex, c5 or any major road na may overpass or tumawid ka sa hindi tawiran...dapat no fault ang drivers..like this one from my dash cam along c5...tama ba to papi?

we have no idea just how long motorcycle's yellow light was. in the video, the only time we saw motorcycle, was when he was already halfway thru that wide intersection. can we truthfully assume, that his light was already yellow, or red, when he crossed into the yellow box?
for such a wide intersection, i expect the yellow light intervals to be longer than for intersections that are not as wide, to "give light beaters a chance at a second life".
my point being, good traffic administrators should anticipate things like this, and not assume that all motoristas are intelligent enough to anticipate every possible scenario.

Bakit nagagawa sa Subic at Clark? Matino naman driving doon pero sa Metro Manila, you have to consider these idiots.
They should start implementing insurance requirement for all motorists. Para mawala yung mga pasaway sa daan na wala naman pambayad ng liability.
Isa pa yan. Just look at what happened in Muntinglupa a few months back. A drunk underage MC rider with no license and helmet crashed into a fuel tanker just exiting a gas station. They put the driver in jail. The kid should not have been driving in the first place - drunk, no license, no helmet. I guess the punk deserved it (we have no place in this world such stupidity) but the driver didn't deserved to be in jail.
Iyang mga pasaway tumatawid sa mga expressways or major highways, hayaan na dapat ng mga enforcers kung ano mangyari sa kanila. Dapat pag multahin pa nga mga iyan eh.
