from what i understand, rescinding one's privilege to practice one's profession, was usually reserved for those who used the privileges afforded by their profession, to do evil.

I remember one instance sa office, may nanampal ng security guard sa main entrance ng building.

Nung malaman namen kung sino eh officemate pala namen yung tipong hindi mo akalain dahil sa bait nung taong yun.

Nataon pala wala siya ID, ayaw talaga siya papasukin nung guard as in ginipit siya. Ayun sinampal niya.

Kaya siya nagmamadali para makabalik ng workstation niya eh, she needs to get her things and hurry home. Namatay pala tatay niya.
