I agree Doc, in that particular case, the driver is the victim.

But I wonder if he didn't also misjudge the situation, we can see from the video that he stepped on the brakes during the guy's first attempt to jump in front of them. Then when he drove over the man, they just kept on going for what seems more than a few meters. He figured all was well after that?

who would have thought, that the person was actually wanting to have himself be run over?
if the guy did not succeed using this big truck, he would have tried it with another truck.
clearly, some driver will eventually do him in.
not that the driver was a willing accomplice.

I don't think he can "crawl" under another truck to commit suicide. He might have to wait for his legs to heal before he can jump under another truck.
