there should be hardly any cost, to re-flattening it.

Just last night, on the C5 tollgate towards SLEX. There were a few cars lined up on the leftmost tollbooth for ETC-equipped cars. Apparently, a kamote MC rider was being pushed back away from the tollbooth.
