There are those who drive PPVs like douches but it sure feels like the percentage of UV Express drivers who do the same is much higher.

I hate it when they counterflow. It only takes one UVE taking the lead. Before you know it, everyone is counterflowing.

That not a lot of them get into accidents is a small miracle that happens everyday. Siguro nasanay na kasi yung mga private motorist na umiwas sa kanila.
