Since sa dami nadin talaga ng sasakyan going to Baguio (thanks to TPLEx, especially pag natapos na Rosario segment, wawa locals and more trafic / pollution) and closure of Kennon Road, Marcos HWay yung primary road going up / down ngayon.

Galing ako dun ngayon, and since daming heavy trucks kahit anung oras, nabyahe and nakapark, talagang nagccause ng bottleneck.

(Though merong "new" route ngayon and DPWH and local Sison / Rosario cops were busy promoting - directing motorists, yung Anduyan-Asin Road going to BenCab utilzing the old MRR RROW - not recommended for nighttime driving muna). La Union section, swabe. Benguet naman, twisty and winding - ingat po
