As long as tricycles and slow moving vehicles know how to yield properly, use signal lights etc, I don't think it's a problem to let these small vehicles use the highway.

As long as overtaking vehicles(after overtaking) know how to go back to the slow lane...

I don't think it's a problem for fast,slow,big,small vehicles to use the highway.

Sa Macapagal boulevard mmda implemented mc lane sa right most lane. Eh yung right most lane, pinaparkingan ng mga private vehicles at mga orange vans na puv. Ayun huli mga mc. Pero yung naka park ok lang. Galing ng logic ng mmda.
