Vehicles entering the NLT are allowed to counterflow by the Meycauayan Traffic Enforcers to lessen the volume of traffic using the rotonda since the narrow Malhacan road is very congested nowadays. Again, they are guided or counterflow with caution.

Reckless drivers, one are not entering the NLT, that counterflows then forcibly swerve back in the legal lane are ones who makes the traffic worst.
