I've never counterflowed before in my 4 years of driving, so I don't give any chance to those who counterflow and try to come back in the lane. Some lucky ones do get through though - lalo kapag sobrang dangerous (counterflow na, reckless pa - though that's to be expected kahit counterflow pa lang )
