In his Top Gear column, Aris Ilagan wrote about a BMW contest he joined recently. OK na sana kaya lang, he wrote:

"From swerving to beating the red light, I forced the BMW through the traffic mess just to save time."

"I stepped on the brakes and turned instantly as if we owned the streets. The drivers whom we cut were fuming mad. We stayed cool..."

He did state that he came in dead-last. In other words, the "nicer" drivers won.

Still, really bad that he actually drove that way in the first place.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

can the LTO use this against him and slap him with penalties? if i remember right there was this japanese who filmed and distributed his high speed run in japan before and the authorities filed charges against him upong getting hold a video copy of his high speed stunt.

Another reason to stay away from TGP.

He did specifically say there "swerving and beating the red light" and "drivers whom we cut". If that is his "writing style" to "communicate a degree of urgency" then maybe TGP's target audience are now PUV & PUB drivers. :evillaugh

AFAIK, hindi puede apprehend ang ganyan for traffic violation. May due process pa yan and an awful lot of lawyer stuffs. Even si BF/MMDA nahirapan diyan.

Pero pag traffic accident, ibang usapan na yan.
