Nag hatid ulit ako sa Makati today. I noticed that they change the "color coding" schedule. Binalik sa 7am. Must be a misprint. Probably, wala lang nag quality check. Pati ang nagkabit install lang ng install at ang nag order ng signs receive lang ng receive ng deliveries.

+1. On Number Coding, that is.

I think it's outlived its purpose. Traffic is still bad, if not worse, and that's with all the 'innovative' U-turn slots, pink fences, and the like. perhaps MMDA/DPWH should train their eyes on road work (at the appropriate times, may i add), to improve traffic flow that slows down due to the moon-crater like holes along major thoroughfares, and stricter enforcement. EDSA northbound from guadalupe till cubao is always slow. Culprit: Volume, sometimes. Mostly buses taking up so much space, and traffic enforcers who've probably gone bald from just scratching their heads
