    I am calling the attention of CitiMotors La Pinas. I had a reservation last March 2008 for the new Lancer but because of long waiting i decided to buy a HONDA instead and i request to refund my reservation in which yun naman nkalagay sa form na finill-up ko. To cut the story short after numerous follow-ups, texts and going to their office at Las Pinas till now wala parin.

    Ang always na sinasabi nila is tatawagan and paulit ulit na kinukuha ang number ko na paulit ulit naman ang bigay ko pero until now wala parin.

    Ang alam ko isa ang management ng CitiMotors Las Pinas at Makati. Ang hindi ko alam bakit iniipit nyo yung reservation ko na hindi nyo naman pera yun.

    I made a follow-up ulit this morning and they said nasa Makati padaw ang cheke (after i called them a month ago.) tatawgan daw ulit ako ng mga %^&($*(

    Have an attorney send a demand letter asking for the refund of your reservation deposit. This will usually get them to speed things up. Also, you should write a complaint to the DTI so that they'll get some form of warning or sanction.

    Kapitbahay lang namin ito, bro.

    Baka kailangan ng santong paspasan.....

    Write a formal letter to their BM, asking for the refund and have them acknowledged receipt of the letter. You can reference the letter later, if it comes to pursuing your case with them.

    pati yung sa alabang isa lang may ari nyan.. patin yung Hyundai sa cavite... i know personally yung Sales Manager dyan ok naman... tagal lang talaga yung refund dyan 1 month.. pero if more than 1 month there something...

    Uy sama ko dyan... pero dun sa terrace ng bahay namin abot yung terador ko... para hindi tayo kita... uy O.T na to... follow na lang sir.. pag after 2 months wala pa rin naku patay na... diba usually 5k yung hinihingi nilang reservation fee? baka sir malaki yung binigay mo.. pinapatubo muna...

    bro, i had experienced the same experience as you. it took me around 4 months to get my reservation refund check...

    believe me... i did text and made follow-ups every week.

    I am new here I keep on searching for Citimotors LasPinas review. It will really take that long?

    in our experience when we purchased our montero sport from there a year ago, we were fortunate enough to get the unit in no time at all. in fact, the new monty was ready even before we were able to come-up w/ the cash

    the problem we had though is that the lto papers were so long to come-by. although, i'm really not sure who's at fault there. is it mitsubishi phi, citimotors, or the lto? your guess is as good as mine because of all the finger pointing that's going-on over there
