"the salespeople did not entertain him and kept passing him on from one agent to another. He decided to ask the front desk officer instead how much the truck cost. However, the front desk officer did not answer him politely and made him wait for five minutes. Disappointed, he asked the security guard why they do not entertain customers who are only wearing simple clothing but the guard only smiled at him."
this was part of the post from the first page, i quoted this just so maybe some of you didn't bother to read it... now if this happened to anyone of you, would you still say the things you said against the "Chef"?
i edited this post to add another question, if this happened to anyone of you, what would be your reaction?Last edited by box_type; July 7th, 2015 at 09:22 AM.

I read the whole article.
SA - it could be they are busy
Front desk officer - it wasn't stated how the front desk officer did not answer him politely. 5 mins waiting isn't a lot of time.
Guard - what does he expect the guard to answer?
I still think the Chef is too sensitive and insecure. Why did he assume that he got ignored because of the way he was dressed? I see people at the casa wearing what looks like pambahay. Just yesterday I was seated across a man wearing a shirt, shorts and rubber slippers. He waited some time but was happy when an SA approached him.

I know. But sometimes customers do wait at the bank, restaurant, car wash, retail, tickets, auto supply, clothes etc. If they don't wanna wait, then leave. That is money lost for the business. No need to make a big deal on social media.

To add up, one sided pa ang story.
Andali na dumiretso sa FB to share your kawawa story.
Someone here pointed out na yung Strada niya through phone via his bank lang ang transaction?
How come sa isuzu hindi niya ginawa?. May pagka feeling special din itong so chef, masyado sensitive.

July 7th, 2015 09:38 AM #56i checked on isuzu philippines website. they have this "extra mile" page. they're waxing poetic how they treat their customers right. they also boast about their corporate social responsibility. if what this article is saying is really true-- that this dealership was giving this chef a RUNAROUND-- would this actuation run diametrically oppose to what they are bragging about? they can't hide behind the cloak that their sales agents were busy, why not employ more considering that they have this obligation to the buying public to treat them right? so we've seen this "sorry for the inconvenience" plastered in places where the public is inconvenienced, why not do the right thing and say sorry considering that "the salespeople did not entertain him and kept passing him on from one agent to another." and, if they were really busy, why not told him so, asked him to leave his name so that if they were not busy anymore they could attend to him, asked him to grab a seat and offered him coffee? but what did the sales people do: "the salespeople did not entertain him and kept passing him on from one agent to another."

Bakit hindi sya pumunta sa Mitsubishi dealer with the same outfit para ma-compare nya customer service dun.?
Parang gusto nyang ipakita na humble sya when he went to Isuzu, then pinapalabas nya rin na big time sya dahil kaya nyang
mag-order ng kotse through phone lang.Signature

July 7th, 2015 10:15 AM #60Same here, 1994 went to Mitsubishi Q.Ave nag jeep lang ako di ako pinansin so I bought a brand new Toyota Corolla. Then 2003 I went to Isuzu North EDSA, hindi din ako pinansin so I bought a brand new Honda Jazz. Went back to Isuzu North EDSA last 2008 ganun ulit so I bought a brand new Honda City AT idsi. Went back to Isuzu N.E. last 2009 ganun ulit so I bought a brand new Ford Ranger Trekker XLT AT. Went back again at Isuzu N.E. last year 2014 to look at Isuzu Mu-X ganun ulit as in walang kumausap sa akin so I went to Toyota Commonwealth and bought a brand new Wigo G AT and a 1.5 Yaris AT, yes you read it right, 2 vehicles in one day. Ang nabili ko lang na Isuzu ay yung Giga10wheeler na butterfly wing container van pero surplus pa yun at hindi sa casa ng Isuzu mismo. Yang mga Isuzu sales reps na yan mga ayaw kumita.
Now I'm considering to buy either the all new Ford Everest or wait for the all new Toyota Fortuner or the face-lifted Ford Ranger Wildtrack. My plan is to visit Isuzu N.E. first because feeling ko they inspire me to buy a brand new car everytime I leave their showroom!
This is a bobo to MMC. Mirage has good sales, sayang benta nila dyan.
