Nagtataka lang ako, di daw nade detect ng system nila pag may double booking which I don't believe.

April 7th, 2009 08:45 AM #14You don't have to wait for Cebu Pacific to credit you. Call the card company who issued your card and dispute the charge. Submit all documents (best if you got a letter confirming that Cebu Pac will credit you). Card company should credit you immediately. Some credit card companies wait for the merchant (Cebu Pac) to confirm the reversal before they give you the credit. Others give you the credit/reversal upfront.

Absolutely right. That's a messed up system by design i would say .
from experience i did dispute the charges with my credit card company BUT they told me that Cebu Pac should be the one to coordinate with them for confirmation of cancelation .... on a down low agreement up by the two companies?

My refund from CebuPac took 6 months. I did not made any follow-ups with them because I had forgotten about the refund. I just noticed it in my credit card bill.

Grabe naman ang Cebu Pacific. Parang kakaunting halaga papaabutin pa ata ng 1 taon . Ok sana kung 1 month eh...pero 1 year :shocked2:
