with all the feedbacks both positive and negative about the te's of mmda, the department should consider reevaluating their employees, get rid of the rotten apples (like the one who had a promo on traffic violation ticket half priced) and retain the ones who are doing good. have all of them go thru anger management, basic traffic rules class, traffic control, emergency response and a course in courtesy. the qualifiers of course get a corresponding pay scale

This incident happened on 8/10/12 11:37pm at Julia Vargas St., Ortigas. It was a rainy night and the traffic was really bad when a taxi accidentally hit the rear end of a sedan. Two people came out of the sedan and walked towards the taxi. One of them started physically assaulting the taxi driver while yelling at him.

we don't know what really happened. dami ko na nakita mga puv na naka bangga dahil balasubas mag drive. kung accident lang talaga ok lang daanin sa magandang usapan, pero kung nakita ko na na balasubas talaga mag drive bago pa ako tamaan ng mga ganyan at alam ko wala naman sila pang bayad babawian ko na lang sa gulpi di gulat. but that's just me. you can call me what ever you want but kung balasubas talaga ang driver, he deserves what ever he gets.
