CAUGHT ON TAPE| Motorist mauls MMDA enforcer

Does the MMDA have the power to arrest especially if they are getting harmed physically? Like in the US, the cops don't care what you are driving. As long as you hurt them, they will arrest you right there and then.

I managed to find this video that I saw a few weeks ago Ferrari 458 Spider Runs Over Cop - YouTube

Look at how the cop slammed the window Ferrari 458 Spider since the owner doesn't want to get out of his car after running over his foot while giving him a ticket. Then when they got the driver, another officer arrives and they both pinned him to the ground. Can the MMDA do the same thing or probably not arrest but to hold the driver first and wait for the cops to arrive (and pray that the driver doesn't know any politician.hehe) and do the necessary action? Just to prevent themselves from getting hurt from abusive motorists.

Napakinggan ko kanina sa radio kay Julius Babao iniinterbyu yung PNP chief kung ano reaksiyon niya kay taba, Asar na asar pati daw mga rank and file ng kapulisan (nakaka relate daw sila sa mga umaapi sa kanila lalo na sa pag gawa ng kanilang tungkulin). This is the last thing you want if you're in taba's shoes, teh PNP seething with anger. Man he gotta watch his back these PNP guys can make people disappear.
