Just text LTO VEHICLE plus the plate number of the vehicle (eg. LTO VEHICLE XYZ123) send to 2600

It replies with the plate number/make/model/year/ color and last date of registration…
It also informs you if the car has LTO apprehensions or LTO alarms.
