ako medyo pessimistic pero hunch ko lahat ng mga pulis na yan magkakasabwat! alam na pala nila yung hotspots hindi sila gumawa ng "bait hotcar" para mahuli yung mga *&#$% carjackers na yan! or maybe nasa payroll sila ng isang malaking syndicate kaya instead of protecting us civilians ang pinoprotektahan nila is yung mga carjackers!! dapat payagan ng magkaroon ng permit-to-carry ang mga civilians like us ng high-powered weapons!! he he kahit shotgun lang, pag-nag-cut sya sa iyo paulanan mo ng shotgun shell shrapnels para makatakas ng mabilis or kung talagang gigil ka todasin na, uso naman ang "perfect crime" dito sa bansa natin e!

I heard some info that they are exporting the stolen SUV's to ASEAN member countries kaya wala na silang pinipili, basta mamahaling SUV. For sure malaking syndicate ito. Yung ibang binebenta sa gray market mukhang mga carnap din sa ibang bansa eh. so parang nagbabarter lang sila.

It is better to avoid not only the places mentioned but also dimly lit and deserted streets especially during the wee hours. Kung hindi rin lang kelangan lumabas sa mga oras na iyon, stay at home. Safe ka pa at ang ride mo.

Yep! Kaso ubos na yung "G" prefix for Cebu and they started using the "Y" prefix this year (if I'm not mistaken).
