pardon me. i reread my post again but i don't seem to find any one occassion where, as you say, i resorted to "name calling." you mean the gago word? someone already used that.

weak arguments? what might they be? care to be more specific? btw, civility is my middle name. comes from all the years in internet forums. but would you characterize your comments about weak arguments and name calling civil?

yes i respect people's opinion when they voice their "concerns" about riding a bike. heck I get enough of that in real life already hehehe. but it does really all boil down to a matter of choice. plain and simple.

freedom of expression? oh i am totally in favor of that. lets voice it out. debate dba? quid pro quo. i thought that's what we were doing here. you have the right to your opinions abt MCs, so have i. you got one side, i got another. you weren't thinking some of the arguments here would be left alone unchallenged would you? lets agree to disagree and defend our rights to say what's on our mind. i'm with you here bros.

and yes, i DO use my turn signal both on the bike and in the car. do you?
