they do have a data base. I know since I was warned the last time I had a speeding ticket at SCTEX strike 2 na daw ako and one more would result in the suspension of my license for 6 months. btw i do not overspeed anymore (my definition being 145 kph and above), i keep my speed below the "ticket speed" of 120 kph (mostly 115 kph).

the 3 strikes period is not just for 1 year. if what i was told at the lto is true, it is 3 in one year OR 3 of the same nature within the validity of the license (or 2 years).
