frame by frame per second..
:fire:

then after an accident, babayaran lang ang "kinauukulan" then they are free to go or let's say "tumakas", "nakatakas" etc. ano akala nyo sa public kasing t*ng* nyo??? or dinadaan sa t*nga t*ngahan? me myself pag nakakita ako ng "kinauukulan" kinakabahan ako instead to feel safe.:thumbdown:
Nakasabay ko ung Fortuner na tadtad ng badge na puti. napansin ko kaparehas ng uniform sa loob ung Uniform ng HPG deputy director. di kaya siya un? hehe
Doesn't look like na naflatan ng gulong yung Adventure there was no sign na he'll take the shoulder or outermost lane..
and the Montero did gave the killer blow sa driver... he ran over the body and got off like nothing happened...
The MS tried to brake on a straight line but the driver got scared. Scary sh*t.
^ That's a good question for all...
If you were in the Montero's driver's shoes, and witnessed a car turn turtled on the lane beside you, would you do all your best to stop immediately or just floor the pedal and wish for the best? ;)
We all know what you should do in cases of accidents.... but given this is the Philippines and you just ran over a guy (thrown your way from another accident) with your SUV.... would you stop? You would likely be jailed for months in the least until you are declared innocent. And by then, everyone you know would have heard you have killed a guy with your car (even it is purely by unavoidable accident).
I don't want to be in his shoes, but I think most would slam on the breaks. I think si Will Smith lang nung nasa Bad Boys 2 ang nagspeed-up when he saw a rolling car infront, kaso movie magic yun, eto ginawa in real life.
and the guy who was thrown out of the adventure was probably dead on impact with the pavement anyway, or dead even before he was thrown out of the adventure. how would anyone know the exact time of his death, before or after he was run over by the monty? really impossible di ba. so if the monty driver stopped and got dragged to court any lawyer worth his salt should be able to get him off the hook. and any judge worth his gavel should know there is enough doubt for the guy to be not guilty of anything.
The Adventure was driving in the proper lane. Co was not overtaking in the proper lane.
The coroner can make a very strong case that the initial impact and being thrown from the vehicle killed the driver. Same as with the woman who crashed her Fort on the Skyway the other year.
Primary cause si Co. He knows he's screwed, kaya lie low.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Just a wild speculation. Di kaya nag-kakarera/ kinakarera nung Ford Mustang yung Montero? From the video, mukhang dalawa lang sila tig-isa pa ng lane.
From the video, right at the moment of the crash, the speed differential between the Mustang and the Montero was huge. If they had been "racing", and, if by some miracle, the Montero Sport happened to be able to reach 200 km/h, the Mustang wouldn't have flown by it after the crash.
-
And while the Montero Sport driver should have slowed down, the crash happened very quickly. He was likely scared spitless and couldn't react in time to avoid the body in the road. If you''re in a big SUV going at that speed (looked like he and the Advie were going around 60-80), if you swerve suddenly, you could end up rolling over and dying, yourself.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
At the phase and speed of the accident there is no way the montero can brake just before hitting the body, and there is no way the driver of the montero can anticipate a body will be thrown out of the adventure and will land in his path. He is probably more concern of the adventure hitting him and not of the things flying out from it.
And luckily for the survivors the driver of the montero didn't swerve to avoid the body in the road, otherwise the montero will run smack to the adventure and probably kill some if not all of its occupants.
