September 12th, 2011 03:50 PM #42typical knee-jerk reaction from your philippine government official. do they even know how much resources would be spent just to educate these TE on the proper use of firearms? sabihin natin oo, do they really expect these TE to engage in a shootout when they see "apparent danger"? ewan ko sa kanila, dati na bulok yung sistema natin, mas lalo pang nabubulok, naaagnas, inuuod na.

The one problem with arming enforcers is the cost of training and certification... hell... would be more cost-effective to eliminate MMDA enforcers altogether and deputize regular policemen to do enforcement jobs rather than have under-trained personnel holding guns!
Of course... better not to have undertrained and blockheaded civilians carrying guns, either... hello... thought we had psych testing for gun ownership here?

personally, palagay ko lulusot yung mama sa kaso, matuloy man sa korte...
simple lang mga tanong :
1) bakit mo hinabol yung mama?
2) ano ba ang protocol pag may tumakbong violator? dapat mo ba habulin?
3) yung pinanghabol mo na sasakyan, marked vehicle ba o honda wave na hinuhulugan mo kay motortrade?
4) trained ka ba para humabol?
hindi sa kinakampihan ko yung mama na namaril, na mali naman talaga, pero palagay ko lang lulusot siya sa kaso...
