ang gusto ko lang talaga is magbayad sya para naman sa susunod eh marunong na sya mag ingat... tsaka ayaw ko yung feeling na parang naloko
yun nga balak ko... tapunan ng brake fluid yung body... sabay martilyo sa windshield niya...

Bakit umaandar pa yung truck kung hindi na company hours? Inuuwi ba ng empleyado yun?
If the truck was in use at the time, ibig sabihin under company orders pa din iyan. Hindi naman iyan paandarin just for the fun of it.

Pwedeng nilang isagot na ala liability company, pero yung driver meron. baka pwede abonohan muna nila 5k tapos salary deduction na lang nila sa driver, company car naman nila involved.

pwede pa ihabol police report nyan. palagay mo na lang sa police report yung plate number ng naka-bangga sa iyo kung balak mo singilin. kung i-charge mo naman sa insurance mo at sasabihin mo na hit and run, e ikaw magbabayad ng participation, 3k+ din yun depende sa insurance mo.

Are they saying that they do not own the vehicle if it is outside of office hours? Some people have the gall to say the most outrageous illogical claims!
