IMO, every car dealer should have a big compound .. in which, an empty space big enough to maneuver easily and it could serve as their test driving area.

Cause I myself would want to test drive the car before I buy it. But with happenings like this, I guess I have to, if ever i`ll buy one, please myself in starting/revving the car only.
