What happened to the shooter? He can claim self defense, after all he was provoked and threatened. Pag ganyan, all safeties are off, full auto.

saw a similar incident sa boni overpass, a madman threw one of the big flower pots (16" diameter) down onto oncoming traffic. i was just two lanes away, the innova wasnt so lucky.

and the guy could only scratch his head. wala siya mapapalang patulan yung sayad na lalaki.

sabi ng mmda maglalagay sila ng cctv, nakow wa epek yan sa mga puny3t*ng yan. baka dugasin pa kamo nila ang mga iyon,,, electric/high voltage fence ang dapat ilagay dyan.
